My composition journey started at Northwestern in a class called Creating the Musical led by David H. Bell.

While in college, I composed and wrote lyrics collaborative for over a dozen Waa-Mu songs.

As a senior, I co-wrote 7 songs featured in the 92nd Annual Waa-Mu Show: Romance En Route, while serving as Co-Music Director.

Our cast album will release by the end of this calendar year!

Last Stop On Market Street

I was the Associate Music Director for a new musical adaptation of the children's book Last Stop on Market Street. (November 2021)

We composed music for 5 songs, underscored the whole show, & then orchestrated for a 5 piece pit. I played Keyboard 2 & Guitar.

This year (under the mentorship of Ryan Scott Oliver), I began writing & presenting new songs for my Creating the Musical capstone project.

I'm still writing and developing what will be a contemporary MT / latinX inspired musical that explores my family's Cuban immigration story.
